At Barrownz Learning Academy, we are committed to providing a seamless and enriching learning experience for all our students. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and a student may wish to withdraw from a course. In such cases, students may request a refund by sending an email to support@barrownz.com within seven (7) days from the date of enrollment (the "Refund Window"). Refund requests submitted beyond this period will not be considered. It is important to note that Barrownz Learning Academy does not offer any automatic refunds, and each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis through mutual discussion.

All payments made to Barrownz Learning Academy are considered final and non-transferable. If a student chooses to pause or modify their course, it does not reopen the refund window. Additionally, once the refund window closes, cancellation and refund requests will no longer be entertained. The program that a student has purchased or enrolled in cannot be transferred to another student under any circumstances. A Refund Processing Fee may also apply in some cases.

If a refund is approved, it will only be processed via NEFT/IMPS/RTGS to the student’s registered bank account, regardless of the original payment method. To ensure a smooth process, students must provide necessary banking details, including a cancelled cheque or any other document requested for verification. Once all required details and documents have been submitted, Barrownz Learning Academy will strive to process the refund within seven (7) working days and the refund will be credited to your source account within 7 working days.

Refunds will not be provided for reasons such as lack of course usage, dissatisfaction with the program, or any other reason beyond the Refund Window. Additionally, a student’s access to Barrownz Learning Academy resources will be revoked upon withdrawal from the course.
